Before buying
Use /pricing to see the current Star tiers. New users can use one-time trial cleanup credits before buying paid credits.
Add ScrubbedBot to the target group or supergroup and run /status before spending credits.
Scrubbed support
Scrubbed is built to run without manual support. This page gives group admins the checks that resolve most setup and payment questions.
If /clear does not delete
Run /status in the group. The common causes are missing delete-message permission, no recent tracked messages, unsupported chat context, or Telegram deletion limits.
Reply /clear to a specific target message when broad recent-message tracking is thin.
If credits do not appear
Use /balance after Telegram completes checkout. Credits are posted only after Telegram sends a successful_payment update to the Worker.
Public revenue proof is aggregate only. It cannot identify an individual buyer or charge.
Subscriptions
Use /subscription in private chat to check the latest recorded Scrubbed subscription payment.
Use /cancel in private chat to ask Telegram to stop renewal for the latest recorded Scrubbed subscription. If Telegram has not sent a successful payment to this Worker, manage the subscription from Telegram's own subscription settings.
Manual support boundary
This unattended build does not promise manual support response times. Use the bot commands and public proof/status routes first.
For Telegram account, app-store, or platform payment issues, use Telegram's app or platform support channels.
