Scrubbed cleanup credits

Telegram Stars checkout for message-cleanup credits with a one-time free trial and an optional monthly recurring credit pack. Buyers can test eligible /clear, /clean, or /watch cleanup first, then purchase paid credits inside @ScrubbedBot; the worker records successful payments and lets buyers spend credits in groups where the bot can delete messages.

This page does not collect payment credentials. Telegram handles Stars payments; this worker records only sanitized ledger totals and Telegram charge identifiers inside D1.
